No human has to pull the trigger or make decision when to shoot.

Real deterrents are needed for real criminals of this sort, as the fear of jail time or lack of extradition on failure to have international laws and universal punishment is the reason nothing is slowing the hacking process, which is growing into a world crisis by the moment.

You may note that all of Democrats announce on the Colbert Show as they feel safe there, well supported and have an audience that is cued to cheer and clap, on cue with added laugh tracks and the audience is mainly actors/extras given free tickets and perks to respond.

Most of the Dem candidates, don’t expect to win or proceed beyond the primary season. The real goal for congress people is to raise money to support their candidacy and obligations to raise money in the congress or the DNC…and not to mention the incredible egos of the field of idiots.
